How To Apply For Free Sale Certificate For Food?

Identify the Issuing Authority

1. India: FSSAI or Export Inspection Council (EIC)

2. USA: FDA or State Departments of Agriculture

3. EU: National Food Safety Authorities or Chambers of Commerce

Prepare Required Documents

1. Valid Food Safety License (e.g., FSSAI, FDA Registration)

Submit Application

If you are applying through the online portal then must submit the necessary application with the attached documents to the authority office. Later pay the payable fees (If Any).

Verify and Issuance

The authority will review you documents, if they approve then the FSC license for the food will be issue in digital and physical form just in 7 to 15 business days.
